I attend the 2nd most competitive public high school in the state of Illinois. I have a 4.9/5 GPA out of 5 (Up to a 6.0 is possible). At the end of the semester my overall GPA should go up to a 5.0 if I'm lucky. I'm HOPING to get at least a 5.2 GPA next semester. I take Honors Biology, Honros World History, and Honors English I'm in regular Spanish 2, and Algebra 1 (My middle school only places people in higher math if their parent's complain, unlike the other middle schools that merge into my high school.) I'm in the Solstice Club (literary arts) and I'm going to join Habitat for Humanity, Art Club, and Students against destructive decisions. In addition, I take guitar lessons once a week and participate in "Rockshops" where we form bands and perform. Okay, I know this isn't as impressive as a great college would want, but I HOPE TO become president/ a leader of a couple of these clubs...laugh as much as you want.
