Open Question: University of Iowa or Indiana University?

I have narrowed my final two choices for college next year down to iowa and iu bloomington. I am having a hard time trying to decide which to go to so lookin for some extra help. I want to eventually go into business and I know indiana has a better business school. I also don't think I want to join a fraternity and i heard greek life is big at indiana. Overall I am looking for the better college experience, any suggestions? thanks ** i have also visited both schools.....seemed to like indianas better but saw that during the summer when students were signing up for classes and all the trees had leaves btu saw iowa a week ago covered in snow, they are both party schools but any advice on anything would be great!...
